Warehouse Worker - start from 6 am
Full-Time Warehouse Worker

Job Description:
The warehouse workers contribute to the efficient operation of the warehouse by providing labor support to the Head Office. Warehouse workers in this job perform a range of general and specific warehouse tasks in the freezer (-18°C) and Cooler (4°C) that can be easily learned on the job such as order picking, loading, unloading, stock, receiving.
Essential Job Functions:

Manage the reception, handling, distribution, and storage of designated freight, product, and supplies that come in and out of corporate warehouses;

Prepare customers’ orders for delivery and ensure all orders are shipped to customers in a timely manner in adherence to delivery schedules;
-
Enforce operating procedures and company policies regarding security, safety, health and cleanliness of the warehouse;
-
Stage, load and unload products weighing 60 pounds the designated area;
-
Responsible for quality control. No damaged product is sent out, and no damaged product will be stored;
-
Attend job and/or safety and health-related training;
-
Operate with and perform preventive maintenance forklift and/or palette jacks;
-
Provide fill-in support for other departments in the warehouse;
-
Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Job Requirements:
-
High school diploma and/ or equivalent experience.
-
Reading, writing and speaking in English are required. Multi-lingual is an asset.

Certification and experience in operating Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack is preferred.
Working Conditions:
-
Warehouse Worker will spend long hours standing, bending, walking, and stretching, lifting materials and products up to 60 pounds and carrying of smaller items will be involved. Sometimes need to stay in the freezer (-18°C) and Cooler (4°C). The work still can be strenuous, even though mechanical materials-handling equipment is employed to move heavy items. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to: eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats.
Driver - Delivery
Full-Time Delivery Driver

Salary Range : $1,200 (CAD) & up weekly
Job Description:
Drivers contribute to the efficient operation of the Head Office. The drivers will deliver Charlies Meat products to customers and other warehouse related duties which include but not limited to unloading, loading of products.
Essential Job Functions:

Operating trucks or vans;
-
Performing vehicle maintenance/safety inspection;
-
Picking up or delivering merchandise and packages within a specific area
-
Loading or unloading merchandise weighting 60 pounds at the customer’s place of business;
-
Assisting in loading the trucks and arranging items for ease of delivery;
-
Obtaining customers’ signed receipts for goods and receiving payment for the merchandise for cash-on-delivery arrangement;
-
Turning in receipts, payments, records of deliveries made, any reports on mechanical problems with their trucks, and any safety-related records; and
-
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :

Holding a G Drivers license with experience in driving with a clean record.

High school diploma and/ or equivalent experience.
Desirable :
-
Experience in operating Electric Pallet Jack is desired but not necessary.
Working Conditions :

Local truck drivers frequently work 50 or more hours a week.
Must be authorized to work in the Canada on a full-time basis for any employer.
Sales & Marketing Associate

Job Description:
Sales Associate contributes to the efficient operation of the Head Office. The Sales Associate will promote Charlies Meat's products to customers, build sale leads, providing quality customer services, troubleshooting, handling in-house marketing field with email, website, and social media contents.
Essential Job Functions:

MUST speak a few languages, such as Korean, Mandarin, Japanese, Cantonese, English, etc.

Experience in sales & marketing is a PLUS

Experience in advertising (radio, print, tv), social media content, Facebook & Google Ads, SEO is a PLUS

Experience in the meat and/or restaurant industry is a PLUS

Responsibilities: acquiring new clients, following up with customer concerns & issues, maintaining customer relationships, creating ideas to reach new customers and expand company brand

Skills required: team player, strong communicator, good problem-solving, willingness to learn, customer service & empathy

Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 40-48 hours/week
